is processed in order to respond to inquiries, communication requests,

or potential cooperation proposals.

For the contact form, the Controller processes the following personal data: name, email address, and message content. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary in order to respond to the inquiry.

Personal data is processed on the legal basis of the data subject's consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, given by submitting the contact form and confirming the GDPR checkbox.

Personal data is not shared with any third parties, except for technical service providers necessary for website operation (e.g. hosting providers or analytics tools), who process data solely on the Controller's behalf and in accordance with GDPR. Personal data is not sold, published, or transferred to unauthorized parties.

Personal data submitted via the contact form is stored only for the time necessary to process and respond to the inquiry, and is subsequently deleted unless further communication or cooperation is established.

The data subject has the right to access personal data, request rectification of inaccurate data, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
